Beauty & Wellbeing

Domitila initiates her first global beauty campaign and became a global ambassador for a German cosmetics ingredients company, thereby beginning her journey in the beauty industry and connecting it with sustainability, versatility & diversity. Domitila Barros' recognition by Deutschland.de in 2021 and her nomination as a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum in 2022 solidified her position, promoting more ethical and sustainable business practices. Her presence at prominent events and her role as a mediator, translating values into content, highlight her commitment to catalyzing significant changes towards a more sustainable future.

Miss Domi

In 2022, Domitila was crowned Miss Germany 2022. A contest focused on Women's Empowerment and impactful missions. Her achievement not only reinforced her commitment to values such as environmental protection and women's empowerment but also positioned her as an icon of representativeness, being the first POC to receive the title in 100 years of the contest's history. In the same year, Domitila received third place in the German Sustainability Award, in the design category, and had her first participation as a jury member of the Faircon Awards from Fairtrade Deutschland and #SupportHer from the German Magazine Cosmopolitan.

Sustainable Education and Expanded Reach

Domitila Barros continued to expand her influence and impact as a judge of the BNE Prize (Education for Sustainable Development), reinforcing her commitment to promoting sustainable educational practices and projects. Her participation in high-visibility events such as BBB 23 further expanded her reach, bringing her message of sustainability to a diverse and global audience.

This led Domitila to receive the award for the most influential Personality on social media in the category sustainability during the Cannes Film Festival, in France.
